With over two decades of expertise in Enterprise Virtual End User Computing (EUC) Workspaces, Paul is a trusted consultant and advisor specializing in strategy, service design, and roadmap development.
Paul takes a customer first approach to every engagement; his focus is on making sure customers are successful is core to his approach. Paul has walked in his customers' shoes and knows day 2 operational success while optimizing costs are critical components to delivering customer value.
Paul helps organizations align EUC Technologies with business goals, solving complex challenges, reducing costs, and enabling frictionless employee experiences. With hands-on experience across operations, engineering, architecture, service ownership, sales engineering, and product management, he brings a unique, 360-degree perspective to every engagement.
Throughout his career, Paul has led cross-functional initiatives with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to address critical needs in access, security, financial efficiency, and hosted computing environments.
As the founder of the Toronto Citrix User Community and Toronto World of EUC, Paul has played a key role in building and nurturing the local EUC community. Paul facilitated impactful conversations with a wide variety of vendors, and enterprise customers. He also served on the global Citrix User Group Community (CUGC) council.
